        DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I took my dog here (german shepherd) the other day and he came back traumatised poor bowser he had a seizure and in fatal condition. This groomer has left me scared for what is happening to my dog. Only a puppy but in fatal condition. I hope dirty dog gets shut down. If you care for your dog take them somewhere better. X

        Was a great service on the two or three occasions I took my dog to them. Was happy with the deposit I had to pay. Even took my dog over short notice or early as they had dogs not turn up! What I found only worthy of 2 stars is the fact I lost my deposit for an emergency that was out of my hands (hospital visit) and received a call telling me I was meant to be there, explained what was happening and was told Id loose my deposit and would need to pay again to book my dog back in. When I questioned that this wasnt something I could control was told management would call..6 months later and numerous calls but not answered (I understand may be busy grooming) Ive now taken my dog else where.
