Oil fired.. I took a recommendation by Adam for a replacement boiler. True to his word the installation was carried out promptly (29.11.22) along with the delivery of invoice. Checking the price I did have to comment this seemed high considering it was less than now days work. Happy enough for a few weeks as leading into Christmas when my 92 year old father was coming to stay, although I was concerned about the relatively high pressure in the system. Then the problems began..repeated lock outs multiple visits by the "service engineer" who clearly did not understand the system, removing a Tiger loop on the oil feed, then having to re-install a new unit..this leaked for over a month even after apparently being fixed. Many days without heating, thankfully Eventually required a Worcester-Bosch engineer visit who could not work on the burner due to incorrect installation of oil feed making this part difficult to access. Further to this a Worcester-Bosch senior service engineer attended and was able to reset the boiler to fully functioning at the correct pressure but reported the fuel lines still needed to be re-routed as per manufacturers installation requirements (14.01.23) I had been unable to close the cupboard door where boiler is situated all this time. This I am happy to say has finally been resolved (24.2.23). Over this time I have had to take several days off work and rearrange other commitments to be present for engineers attendance. Countless contacts and unfortunately letting Ads Gas know I would get another company to complete work and bill them before final action to rectify the initial installation and service support. Overall very disappointed and insulted by the offer of a free service as compensation for a torturous 3 months.

Amazed by how oustanding ADS are. We needed a new boiler and called many companies for quotes, I was recommended ADS and contacted Adam who was extremely helpful in detailing all options available to us. A new boiler was agreed and put aside but unable to attend same day, explained no access to heating or warm water with children and an engineer was sent out that evening. Danny carried out the job in a professional, timely manner allowing us to have hot water & heating within a couple of hours. Extremely impressed and grateful for their flexibility being on hand to help us, by going above & beyond. Would highly recommend in the future and returning for any future work we may need. Thank you all

Excellent service from beginning to end. I was given Ads Gas as a contractor choice from the Worcester/Bosch boiler website. From the word go they were efficient, timely, clean & tidy, quick and their customer service is absolutely excellent. The cost was good too. I recommend them highly.
