Contacted Justine prior to getting our pup Ernie (miniature dachshund) for a pre-puppy consultation. The information and techniques she provided us with was invaluable. It really helped us to prepare in advance for his arrival and allowed us to implement the training techniques from day 1. A few weeks after Ernies arrival Justine came out for a recall training session. It really gave us the confidence we needed to be able to let him off lead safely. Ernie is coming up a year old now and we still use the techniques Justine taught us. Five star service and would highly recommend.

Justine was fantastic helping us get to grips with having a puppy in our family. She gave us a lot of really good advice to help Buddy on his puppy learning journey and consequently he has grown into a really well behaved loving family dog. I would recommend anyone with a puppy or even a fully grown dog to use puppy parenting as it has helped our family to develop a great relationship with Buddy! Thanks Justine, keep up the good work.

Really helpful, practical advice - well worth it! Justine is patient both with my pup and me! She gave really useful demonstrations for recall and this helped me grow in confidence that I can get my pup where I want him to end up. Totally recommend!

Banjo is our first dog and we had no idea what to expect. Justine gave us practical, helpful information to help us prepare for his arrival. She has also helped us with early training and her calm, gentle manner has been both reassuring and supportive. Justine has also been at the end of the phone or text message to help us with early questions and concerns - thank goodness! We cant recommend her excellent support highly enough.
