        I have been a patient at this practice for several years and have put up with the poor customer care for years. Sadly as it has now changed from NHS care to private this is no longer acceptable. My last few dental appointments have all been cancelled at the last minute and this is no longer acceptable. Trying to rebook an appointment is not straightforward. With respect; if you are trying to run a private healthcare company then you will need to raise your standards as this is not competitive.

        What terrible customer service the saltash branch has. I needed an emergency appointment but couldn't get seen for weeks and had the phone put done on me when i asked how much it was going to cost. I can put up with bad service for cheep treatment but when I'm forced to pay extortionate prices I want some customer care. Don't bother choose better.
