They lack professionalism and respect for customers. I had to receive a parcel on Friday midday and didn't delivered. They didn't even called or send an e-mail to say they will be delivering my parcel the next day. On Saturday morning I was expecting to receive my parcel early in the morning but instead I got an e-mail saying that my parcel will arrive between 4:22PM and 6:22PM. Nobody cared enough to just call and apologise or at least say when my parcel will be delivered for sure. I am still waiting for my parcel.
I don't recommend this company at all!
Update Saturday evening 7:22 As I was expecting they didn't deliver my parcel and they were 2 miles away from my location. The driver is now far from me and I am sure his finished for today. I wonder, why in the world the management don't check the map like we do on their app, to see what the drivers are NOT doing ???
