    This guy is a joke STAY WELL CLEAR OF his communication skills as an IT Tech is a joke, intact he still has parts of my unit my keys, thumb screws and when he says all work is covered by warranty that's if you see your unit/ laptop again. *AVOID AT ALL COST*

    Delivered two PCs to them in the morning and expected the upgrade work to be completed same day. No communication from them but next day some excuse about dog having to go to vet. Then further delay because Dave was away. Delay continued with minimal communication about ETA of work. I understand there was a death in the family but why didn't Dave just say he couldn't do the work. Ended up retrieving the PCs (yes I had to collect) after 6 days only to find that I couldn't access any programmes or files on one, which will have to be rectified before I can use it. A family death is a terrible thing but this is shocking customer service.

    Has anyone heard from this company during lockdown? Theyve had my laptop for three months, and I have not heard any status on my laptop even since non-essential workers were allowed to return to work. I have not been able to get in touch with them via email, phone, mobile, or website contact.
