I found the lady on the phone very helpful and the underlay was delivered in under 2 days even with standard delivery selected. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Please do not deal with this company absolutely shocking experience with them. I ordered 5 rolls of underlay waited a week nothing came. Contacted company for update they told me items had been delivered 3 days ago. They sent me tracking information which showed the items had been dumped on my drive. The property is currently empty on a busy road and items were missing. Reported to police and trading standards company still unwilling to accept responsibility. Case is still ongoing.

nightmare of a company. ordered 5 rolls of underlay, under the clearance deal. says you will receive excess stock from branded underlay. they send the cheapest underlay. like the cheap rubbish on ebay. they delivered and and 2 were damaged. they dont give a dam. dont want to know. blames the customer. so anyone that orders you have been warned. order - 557742

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY if you like not to get con One star is given because it is not allowing me to write with out a star. Bought online underlay. Paid via pay pal. I was expecting the item to be as describe in their website. But the underlay we receive is very cheap different underlay. I payed postage and packing addition to underlay cost. I have attached 3 photos of actual underlay I received and their website description page for you to decide without taking my word. When I call them a women on the other end of the phone said the underlay is exactly the same as it is on the website there is nothing wrong with it. She even didn't let me to speak and went "no no no " over the phone. She was very rude. She said you inform the pay pal so deal with them and drop the phone. So please think again if you were to buy anything from this seller.
