Very disappointing service throughout.. Car was delivered with damage and no one seemed to care to rectify issues. Customer care non existent. I would not recommend this dealership.

Just purchased a Porsche Boxter for delivery and approval. Due to Covid a car can be delivered for a 1,000 deposit and then pay final balance if you are happy with the car. Not yet had delivery but Kim Voaden has been very helpful in providing information remotely to help me arrive at a decision. This is a far sighted way in which to legally trade in lockdown. Very professional so far and I will post a final review after delivery of the car which is hopefully as described. I would recommend Roger Young on my experiences to date.

Oh dear i thought i was dealing with a reputable dealer what a shock i had in store , Roger young did not seem to care that I could have received 3 endorsements on my license or having a serious accident thru three Illegal tyres on my purchased Vehicle ,(I did receive new ,Secondhand tyres off another stock vehicle) finding the vehicle cleaned only where you could see,& this was meant to have been valeted twice, Not concerned with my worries about the overall condition of the vehicle ,Just blaming it on corvid , I really could not believe what I was hearing ,so I terminated the phone call , Absolutely a disgrace from a main dealer ,I thought I would be safe buying a vehicle from a well known local Dealer how wrong I was
