We wanted a Utility room and separate wc built onto the back of our garage. Shaun was recommended to me so I gave him a call. He came round when he said he would, I explained to him what I wanted and within a couple of days we had a quote! Shaun and his team started when they said they would and didnt leave until it was finished. Absolutely brilliant all round, professional, friendly, helpful and finished on time, we are so pleased with our new extension and i would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and his team to anyone.

We recently used Shaun Libby Building to extend our driveway and also render a wall. Shaun and the team are very professional and the quality of work is outstanding. I needed a builder with the for site to complete my garden project. Shaun and his crew came to the rescue! Shaun from the get go was really patient in his approach to what he could do for me. Not being building minded, Shaun explained to me exactly what he could do and how he was going to do it. He simplified the technical terms for me so that I would understand. Shaun organised materials and transportation of them etc. On the first day he arrived nice and early and set to work with 2 of his colleagues, there was no stopping them. Both me and my wife were amazed at how professional and (to my wife's joy) CLEAN and TIDY they were. Only stopping briefly for a well earned cuppa a couple of times! I have a little 9 year old who loves to ask questions all the time, Without hesitation all of the workers would answer his requests with out a blink of an eye. Every day the progress would astound my wife and I. The back garden started to take amazing shape. At the end of each day the work area was left neat and tidy and in a safe manner. Nothing was ever to much trouble for Shaun even though some times I must have been so annoying with my comments or suggestions. I would personally be happy to recommend Shaun Libby Building Solutions Ltd to any of my friends and family and will do. His prices are, in my opinion, the best around. You wont be disappointed at all!!
