Bearing Options Ltd - Ball and Roller Bearings

All ok until something goes wrong. Ordered the wrong belt, agreed with them to order the correct one and get a refund for the wrong one. Sent it back then nothing. Had a few answers to some emails saying that it would be sorted, but nothing. No further responses to emails or Facebook messages. Ive tried to get this resolved for over a year but now must warn you all.

Having required some bearings for my bike I done the usuall Google search, this place came up and being fairly local was a bonus. I viewed online first then went to the shop and I was not disappointed, friendly knowledgeable and good prices. I came away thinking that more businesses should be like this. Will definitely use them again.

I am generally disinclined to review companies which perform well because I believe that is what businesses should do. Additionally in my experience any shoddy enterprise can manipulate the likes of Truspilot reviews et al. Howver, for this company I shall make an exception. I ordered two cutter deck drive belts for a Countax c800H mower. I bought two because the belts were less than half the price of compeitors' offerings. The belts I bought were Dunlop drive belts. The items arrived today, i. e. the day after I ordered them online. I fitted the belt and my paddocks are mown. In an age of broken promises and shonky service I am pleasantly surprised by Bearing Options Ltd. Thanks lads.
