I have bought from this dealer over the last 10 years. Unfortunately and through no fault of their own, my latest car was a dud. However, Tayab and the rest of his team have been very gracious in trying to fix the car but ultimately coming to a good resolution for both sides. Its always a warm welcome at Heritage. I would always recommend to buy from there because they will always try to help.

I was concerned about taking my 6 month old VW Golf to have a gearbox strip and bolt change knowing how large and complex the job would be I was very pleased with the service I received from Nick and the engineering team who completed the work over 3 days I was provided with a replacement vehicle for me to continue to drive and I was grateful to keep be kept updated on the progress of the repair Thank you
