The review that was left by the user before me (Abbey Morley) is 100% correct as I was present for this. And yes, this is the right company as we used you guys plenty of times before this incident. We did phone up and complained about the driver and the call handler even admitted to seeing on the tracker of what happened so don't give us this rubbish excuse, we made a complaint, you guys didn't handle it at all. The reason why we didn't follow it up because firstly we assumed it would of been handled, which it clearly wasn't, and secondly she literally had a miscarriage so writing a review was the last thing on our minds at the time. I feel your response to Abbey morley is completely unprofessional and a straight up lie as we know what happened and we know it was through your cab company. Your driver was completely reckless, aggressive and incompetent, definitely should not be behind the wheel of a car, we felt safer walking from Porton to Salisbury Town then remaining in the same car as that driver.

Worst taxi experience of my life. Booked a taxi online for an emergency doctors appointment in Porton. Taxi arrived late and missed my appointment while driving. Driver was rude and ignored me and my partner when telling him several times that we don't need to go there anymore, even rang and arranged a new appointment on the phone in the taxi. He was driving really fast, slamming hard on brakes and taking sharp turns. Only when trying to drive up a one way track by a tractor did he finally stop. My partner said again about missing the appointment and driver shouted at him. Both feeling uncomfortable we asked to be dropped here and we'll get another taxi home and he refused so he agreed to dropping us at Porton garden center (only place I knew this far out of Salisbury). He drove really slow this time and took the longest route which resulted in the fare being 30. My partner and I had to walk from Porton garden center all the way back to Salisbury in February while I was miscarrying my baby. 6 hours later I was in hospital and resulting in surgery. I called City Cabs days after being discharged from hospital and spoke to a manager who I told everything to. Seemed nice, saw on the satnav exactly what I explained happened and said he'd look into it and will be in touch est and.... Nothing. No call, email, never got my money back, not even an apology. I've swerved City Cabs since. I didn't deserve this or to be treated this way.
