I tracked down Sam after having a number of continually problematic niggles and muscular imbalances. As a self-admittedly picky individual when it comes to sports therapists and physiotherapists I went through a number of consultations before settling on working with Sam. Ive been a full time sportsman in rugby and within GB Rowing so have been exposed to some of the best and worst when it comes to recovery/prevention. I can safely say Sam falls into the former, we meticulously went through my needs and timelines and broke down a manageable and targeted treatment plan. I had a truncated timeline with a looming performance event and Sam has been incredibly accommodating overcoming multiple issues. I couldnt recommend her more for a highly professional and personalised treatment plan.

As someone who struggles to rest when injured, Sams unique skill combination of understanding body mechanics, having an abundance of patience and still allowing me to train sensibly while regaining strength has restored me back to full health after a long & stubborn shoulder injury. I highly recommend Salisbury Sports Therapy - whether you have a little niggle or more sinister injury - Sams knowledge & application is rare to find.

I've been using Salisbury Sports Therapy off and on for the last year for a variety of Rowing and CrossFit niggles after being recommended it by a friend. Sam is professional, highly knowledgeable and takes time to really understand the problem and give you advice on how to manage it. 10/10 would recommend. From the second you get to the appointment you are put at ease. Thanks Sam.

I first contacted Sam regarding my sons football injury, from day one she was incredible, she has made such a massive difference to something that had bothered him for years. Earlier this year I was having having problems with my back after getting back to the gym. I could barely walk, sit or stand without crying even with lots of painkillers. I suffer with confidence issues but Sam immediately made me feel comfortable, she helped me get back on my feet and in a position where i was able to work out again & Ive also noticed an improvement with other issues that I had been struggling with on and off for years. Her knowledge, skills and passion are amazing and I can not recommend her enough!
