I left MNP as co-founder in July 2019, I did not support the remaining Director being also the majority shareholders' flawed OMS & WMS development roadmap, continuing with an outdated on-premise architecture that requires the client management of servers and databases, squeezing clients for more development investment, building up expensive technical debt, competitors are now streets ahead with cloud-native API driven solutions, where we should have been years ago. Sad to experience the company dwindling to nothing as a locked in shareholder where the remaining Director resorted to 'dirty' share dilution tactics amongst other nasty ways to gain full control, its remaining value drawn out for other unrelated 'business' interests, in my opinion, there is no future for the business. I am unaware of any new customers since I left in 2019 nor the welfare of colleagues, only those leaving or those that have left. Suggest if considering a solution, do substantial due diligence on the company, its financials will be difficult to obtain but suggest proof of a minimum of new customers using the solutions since 2019, maybe ask which customers have left since then too!
