Sofas & Stuff - Salisbury

We had a wonderful experience of being able to look around the store. The sofas are amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Lisa was so helpful and friendly in explaining the options available. I would not hesitate to return or recommend.

Ordered Wadenhoe corner sofa at end of January, at a cost of 4,500. Paid 50% upfront. Was told would take up to 16 weeks. Received email in the first week of April for final 50% as due for delivery within 4 weeks. I chased them at end of April for delivery date. Was told should be by end of May. Chased and chased throughout May, to be told was going to be June, due to delays. Sales staff aren't able to tell me what the delays are though. Then was told that would be July. When I asked to cancel my order as they have totally failed to deliver, was told that there was a 30% restocking fee- 1,436 for absolutely nothing. When I asked for the complaints procedure, I was told they don't have one, as they have never had a complaint. I asked for the directors contact details, which they wouldn't give, he rang off a withheld number, and didn't call me back when requested. they say that they are a small company, but actually have 20 showrooms. I have no faith at all in their 15 year frame guarantee or the stain cover- they can't even get the sofa made! Their staff also post fake reviews in order to boost their ratings. If you are looking for good quality service STAY WELL CLEAR OF SOFAS AND STUFF.
