An absolute joke of a store and company. Delivered my sofa smashed up as they dropped it on delivery. It took me over a month to get them to agree to replace it after I threatened legal action as they were willing to break the consumer rights act. Stay well away they will take your money then deliver damaged and poorly made goods, go next door to Oak Furniture Land you will be better looked after. Its now been 5 months and I'm still waiting for my replacement sofa!! I have now demanded a full refund and will be claiming all costs through my solicitor. DFS - Dreadfull Furniture Services!!!

Unfortunately this is not a company that I recommend to make a purchase from. Clearly they have not attempted to improve there customer service after the negative reviews they have received. They don't even respond to them either.

DFS (Salisbury)do not deserve any stars. I had to put 1 to post. I am disgusted with the lies they have told when they're driver failed to deliver my sofa although someone was there. I received this text message on sat 8th of April,We will deliver your DFS furniture between 14:23 and 17:23 on 10/04/2023. I arranged for my son to be at my house due to me being away. We have proof he was there before the alloted time and no delivery took place, no knock on the door and DFs are arguing the toss that the driver attempted delivery at 3pm and they have a picture of the house. Well we have proof on Google maps he was at the house order for the delivery to take place. DFS won't refund my delivery in courtesy. Not very helpful. Waste of time. I wouldn't even contemplate purchasing anything from them again due to their incompetance.
