Grace has been absolutely fantastic in helping set up and managing my cottage as an Airbnb while I was living and working away for a year. She advised on furnishings, homely touches for visitors, sorted photography and got the cottage online and open for bookings very quickly. Her communication and attention to detail is just incredible and the whole year ran so smoothly because of her management. I highly recommend Grace for property management and she will always be my first choice for future Airbnb bookings

We were looking after an empty house during the summer. Rent it through Airbnb - they said. It will be easy - they said! Actually it was daunting and nearly gave up until we found Host with Grace, who acted as our co-host and sorted everything out for us. She helped with every step of the way including the bookings with visitors, cleaning and laundry. A truly first class service. You may be starting out on the AirBnB road or else be an established owner but suffice to say having an AirBnB 'guru' on board to help cover all the bases from A to Z for the enterprise is a very smart move in my opinion. What Grace brings to the table is knowledge, honesty, integrity, commitment and reliability which of course are the attributes you would expect from a professional such as her. Her energy and enthusiasm is startling and best of all she is a first class communicator and problem solver. And she is always looking to improve and innovate the AirBnB hosting service so she is not one to rest on her laurels so to speak. So if you are a newbie or else wanting to ease your AirBnB load then look no further than the services of one Grace Collins. You will not be disappointed and like me you will be able to sleep easy at night. And beware of imitations!

Grace has been fantastic and indispensable in setting up and planning our first- ever Airbnb venture. She did everything; talked us through what would be involved; photography; set up an Airbnb profile; advised us on pricing and helped with vetting the guests. Grace initially handled the correspondence with our guests which was invaluable. She took away the worry that we initially felt. Everyone needs a Grace!
