        I've been to see James for two different problems, once for my painfull shoulder, once when I had an accident at work resulting in a back injury. On both occasions I had the very best treatment and advice with exercises from him. I was soon on the mend. I would thoroughly recommend The Therapy Centre.

        I have been having regular sports massage with James Barnett for the last 18 months. I always feel so much better after my treatment. James is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and the Therapy Centre.

        I had just two sessions with James for a frozen shoulder. He gave me all the information and exercises I needed to sort the problem out by myself. There is no miracle cure for this, and it has taken months of steady exercising to get back to normal, but I saw gradual improvements every day.
