        Helpful on the phones, tend to have things in stock, open late. Only downside is there is sometimes a bit of a long queue but that's probably down to the time of day I visit

        Terrible wait time was told 10-15 minutes for a prescription and they took 45 and the women behind the till served around 25 before me whilst making me wait

        I was disappointed today when I went to Tescos pharmacy in Salisbury to get penicillin for my son who has strep A. The pharmacist told me they had none and when I asked if she could help me source some or what I should do next basically laughed. She wasnt taking the situation seriously - my son is ill - Im worried - I cant get hold of the penicillin I need - I need sensible suggestions and empathy not someone acting like, this is not my problem its hilarious you even asked me to help you
