I'm confused as to why I was charged the usual prescription rate of 9.35 for a contraceptive pill. I've since collected the same product at a different pharmacy and the pharmacist said contraception is free.

I went in there today to pick my sisters tablets up been told they were not in so they had to get them ready behind the counter and I told them that my sister got a text then I was asked what they were for and I said for her headaches so the man what was in there came round and gave me some tablets which was the wrong ones and I asked anything through from the doctors and she said no and asked if my step dads tablets was in and he said I have to wait I got my sisters tablets then he shouted next so I just walked out as I was angry very very poor service today

Terrible customer service. For a moment I thought I was in communist Russia. sweet FA out of 10 for customer service. 10 out of 10 for Rude, obnoxious and terrible customer service . Always wonder why I go back, perhaps a change is required..
