My mum went into the chemist for my sons medicine and they couldnt have been more lovely. She came home and commented on how nice they were, I had to call them later in the day to ask advice on getting my six year old to take the horrible tasting medicine, we were really struggling with it and they were really helpful and kind. We all know they are busy and worry about asking things sometimes but they didnt make us feel like we were taking up time and it was really helpful advice. Thank you
