Lymflex

I got in contact with Lesley at Lymflex due to a few health issues. And quickly she got to the bottom of a few things, mainly diet related. But alongside her treatments, even after the first treatment, I noticed an improvement within myself within the first week or two! Very professional, extremely caring and just simply wants to help people. Cant recommend Lymflex enough.

I recently had surgery (4 days ago) and booked in to see Lesley for some sessions of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). It has been an amazing experience and has made an extraordinary difference to my recovery! Lesley is not only an expert in her field, but she is also a warm and compassionate person who truly cares about her clients. She creates a safe and nurturing environment where you can fully relax and feel completely at ease. Lesley has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and how to improve its function through gentle massage techniques. She took the time to explain the process and benefits to me and answer all my questions, which was super informative to help me understand how it all works! I highly recommend Lesley and Lymflex to anybody seeking MLD; Lesley's skill and expertise are truly unmatched. Thank you for looking after me; I really appreciate it!

Simply excellent and highly recommended! I have been receiving MLD at Lymflex for 5 years. The service is highly professional and personal, with a significant amount of additional advice about your complaint provided. MLD has been very effective in treating the swelling associated with an arthritic knee and damaged shoulder.

After having problems with my pelvic and back for a long period of time, I started treatment at lymflex. All the COVID-19 measures are in place and are well taken care off, which made me feel safe. Russell helped me a lot and works very professionally. He is very friendly, listened carefully to my problem and used different techniques to help me. I would highly recommend Lymflex osteopathy.
