Unfortunately I have had another mishap with my nails and WILL NOT be returning or giving this company my business again!! When you pay 30-40 for a set of nails (and include a 5 tip), you expect that you wouldn't have the issues I have had as can be seen in the photos. Every time the Gel peels off I am told to come in and they will fix the nail. This is fine but to travel up to Salisbury, which is a 30 minute drive, and then to pay for parking each time, I am paying out of pocket to fix their mistake. To tell your customer that the thumb and pointer finger easily chip is not acceptable. If you apply the product correctly this would not happen unless I was a construction worker and used my nails harshly. I asked to have some money taken off my next set as this was the third time this has happened, and the only response I received was that if I come in they will fix it.
