Excellent service from Southons right through from the moment we first entered the store until delivery of our furniture! Tania was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst we chose our sofa and chairs. She informed us from the beginning that delivery was taking a little longer than usual due to Covid, and then she kept us updated regularly as to the status of our order, which was great because at no time did we have to do the chasing. On the day of delivery, the guys were very courteous and exceptionally careful when lifting the furniture into the house, being sure to lay down plenty of floor protection first. They even removed our old sofa which was proving to be a huge headache for us! All I had to do was phone through to the shop with my payment and it was gone! It is very rare to find this quality of service nowadays. Thank you, Team Southon!

Have looked through the windows many times, always thinking I couldn't afford to even look . Visited and received a warm, un-pushy welcome. We purchased a sofa and the staff offered to price match. The sofa was made to order but arrived four weeks earlier than expected which was a benefit. So pleased with the service we ended up buying an armchair also. The delivery staff took great care bring in the sofa and assembling it. Polite and professional, careful not to damage walls and floors. I would recommend the team at Southons and keep the money local.

The staff is very nice, lovely collection of beautiful furniture, bought the sofa and two chairs from there.
