Had a brilliant Sales advisor in the Salisbury Store called Paul, welcomed us and gave loads of information about the mattresses we were looking for. Couldnt have received a better experience and we left with exactly what we needed.

The service was excellent at Salisbury. Greeted by Paul and he put us on the mattress assessor, which made it really easy to understand what firmness was needed. Then, he gave us really good options, outlined all the deals, and the 100 night comfort guarantee. Excellent all round service. Bought two single mattresses to make a super king

A wonderful welcome by Julia and a very pleasant experience. Julia pulled out all the stops when it came to me choosing the perfect mattress for me and my fianc. I was greeted as soon as I went into the store, which is very clean, and offered a drink. I then had the chance to try out the bed technology (cant remember the name of it, but it was so comfortable!). Julia offered me some of the suggested mattresses and then some that were within my budget! I tested several and eventually chose a Hudson mattress (I think thats what its called!). Julia was not pushy and didnt encourage me to go for the highest priced ones, but showed me the best matches for my needs, based on my budget and what I needed. I also arranged recycling of my old mattress at a discounted price and purchased a mattress topper (not sure if Ill need it, as the bed is already quite comfy!). Thank you so much Julia! Lovely, friendly and helpful, with lots of product knowledge!
