I went to see Julie for women's health physio - and wish I had gone to see her sooner! After a few sessions I felt SO much better - emotionally as well as physically. I always felt that I was in good, highly competent and experienced hands. Warm and encouraging, Julie explained everything very well, and helped me to feel what was going on - how I was, and could be , using my muscles - and what I could do to help myself. She did the internal exams is a professional yet natural & friendly way, so I felt completely at ease, and able to talk about anything. I would (and do!) heartily recommend Julie to anyone wanting to work with a specific 'women's health' issue and/or to learn more about how YOUR body works and what you can do to maintain/improve your alignment, movement and general health.

Julie is an expert practitioner, who also shows concern and kindness in her approach. All exercises are supported by a comprehensive online programme, which I found very valuable reinforcement. I have benefitted enormously from Julie's care and attention and would recommend her highly.

If you are looking for a physio in Salisbury, you must see Julie. She really knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her. I have chronic back and neck pain, but at the moment I do not suffer from it anymore. I know my case is a fine line, but Julie offers you the tools to home healing and I don't seem to remember the pain I was in anymore. Julie is very hands-on too. Her therapeutic massage techniques do work because she knows what your body needs. She really gets to the root of your pain and she's very holistic in terms of checking which of your habits led to your postural problems. Very few physiotherapists know what they are doing, even when they try their best. Julie does, and she tailors her treatments to each patient individually.

I am delighted to have the opportunity to write a review of Plus Physio. A consultation with Julie was recommended to me by a local therapist who described her as an expert on pelvic floor issues. My experience certainly confirms that. Although as an older woman I initially felt embarrassed about seeking help, I found Julie very professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns with great sensitivity, and I found her analysis useful and reassuring, and her advice very helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone to visit her, and would certainly consult her again myself should the need arise.

I cannot recommend Julie enough, initial consultation was closer to an hour and a half and the combinaion of her Pilates knowledge and Physio exptise has provided a blend that resolved my initial issue quickly. SInce lockdown, she has continued to support me including a detailed analysis of some of my movement when undertaking pull -ups, way beyond what I would have expected. She is clear, knowledgeable and effective.
