From the outset when I made a tentative enquiry about selling a long-held family home, Savills Salisbury were a pleasure to deal with. Professional and courteous of course, but more importantly in my circumstances, they gave a personal service and I didn't feel swamped by the corporate machine. James McKillop runs a tight ship, working with Camilla in London in the early stages. Communications were excellent between agent, solicitor, buyer and me. I was impressed that I was introduced to the whole team and whenever I rang the office, all staff were well- briefed and able to deal with queries efficiently. At all times, I felt as through there was a close working partnership between us and what could have been a very challenging process was actually rather enjoyable. Selling one's home is always a stressful process but James McKillop and his team did everything they could to make things run smoothly ... and they did. Communication was excellent at all stages and the marketing materials they prepared were first class.
