To have found Chrissie has helped me a lot with pains , discomfort and just for relaxing. Pain on my hip and back felt much lighter and was gone after some appointments. Chrissie always finds the appropriate method (hot stone, cupping, reflexology to name a few) to use and listens to you and your needs. I would recommend her 100%. Just had amazing first deep tissue treatment with Chrissie, who managed to release tight muscles that have been locked for ages. She is such a lovely person who really makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend her for any issues you may have with muscle pain or muscle tightness. After suffering from low back pain for over a year, I am at last feeling so much better.

It's definitely worth getting a deep tissue if your very active, Christine uses cupping therapy, never had that before and it's has worked well on my very tight legs. Expect to be in pain through out ...she does to relaxing massages as well.
