Kickboxing Salisbury is a fun fast and friendly club that gave me the work out I wanted and needed. The instructors are friendly and very informative, the rest of the class were all friendly and encouraging helping me push that little bit harder. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wish to in-cress their fitness or want to learn Kickboxing.
