Historically good reputation, being trashed by their current management. Enquired about getting a stainless steel exhaust system made up for my car, Janspeed got back in touch via email fairly quickly saying they'd be "very interested in working on my vehicle" and that they would like to use my vehicle as a "template" to make more exhaust systems for sale to other customers. Started off great, however 2 weeks went by, and they never bothered calling me back to book the initial appointment... so i called them, they said they were still interested, but they were busy for the next couple of weeks. Its now been over 3 months, still no phone call. Given the "historical" reputation this company "used" to have, I was expecting a better service. They could have at least let me know they weren't interested, instead of getting my hopes up, only to be let down. Perhaps they are such a big, successful company that they don't need my money... shame...

They have an excellent rolling road and the expertise that goes with it. Re-tuned my 1965 Ford Mustang and got another 15 hp and 20 torgues at a very reasonable price

Asked about a one off, 'bespoke' stainless steel exhaust, to be told the minimum order is 10
