I have known Jemma for years as a physio, at which she is excellent, more recently I have benefited from her diverse skill set as a coach. Jemma has coached me over the last few months, combining her knowledge as a physiotherapist with coaching techniques to help me through the post viral fatigue (long covid) that I have suffered since having covid19 last year. I have always been active, but following the illness was struggling to exercise at all without being exhausted for days afterwards. With Jemma's help, encouragement and knowledge of all the recent research that has come out around recovery from long covid, I am finally able to exercise regularly without it adversely affecting my energy levels. If you are still struggling months after being ill I really recommend what Jemma can bring to the table to help your recovery.
