I have used Ranson Houghton for two property transactions recently and have been delighted with the professional service I received from Michelle Cooper-Grey and team. This was all the more reassuring given the challenges the pandemic posed; we always felt in safe hands. The fees were clear & competitive. Michelle was recommended to us by a friend and, given our experience, we wouldn't hesitate to pass this recommendation along too.

I was recommended Ransom and Houghton Solicitors back in 2020 when I moved from Cambridgeshire to Hampshire for work. It was my first home and I had no clue! And being away from the parents I relied a lot on Angelique and Max for my questions as the real estate agents were not so helpful. They were so helpful in that sale that this year when I went to sell my house, even though it was a different estate agents, they were my first port of call. Again, this was my first house sale so they received a barrage of questions again! But luckily they were more than happy to accommodate any queries I had. The service was so good that Max fought for me in the last part of the sale when things were grinding to a halt. Today I have completed and am very happy! I would recommend this company for first time buyers and generally! Will be using them again in future. I wish the team at Ransom and Houghton all the best and will visit when its time for me to buy again.

We chose Ranson Houghton after receiving quotes for several different solicitors in the Salisbury area. We found that Ranson Houghton were well-reviewed online and competitively priced, so we decided to go with them. We worked with Michelle Cooper-Gray, who guided us through the house buying process with great efficiency. Instruction to completion took just over a month, but could have been even quicker if we didn't have to wait a couple of weeks for our mortgage offer to come through. Michelle was also extremely organised and thorough, making helpful recommendations and ensuring all of our questions about the property were answered. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and are immensely grateful for Michelle's efficiency and helpfulness. We will certainly be recommending Ranson Houghton to others.
