Great service, but not shop front, they are in offices on first floor

I had multifocal lens replacement surgery in September and have been very impressed with Optical Express from the start. I had the surgery done at Southampton with all other appointments being in the Salisbury Clinic. What I appreciated from the start was that there was no hard sell. They checked my eyes very thoroughly using state of the art technology, gave me all the facts and let me make my own decision in my own time. I have been so pleased with the outcome and a special thankyou has to be made to Rigmor in the Salisbury clinic who has been amazing. I am already very pleased with my vision but the excellent , included aftercare service means that soon, a little laser treatment will make my weaker eye even better. Thank you Optical Express!

I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. Everything was handled professionally, the process was clearly explained and well managed, my eye examination very thorough. Sadly I was not deemed suitable for the treatment I was hoping to have but I would have proceeded with confidence had I been able to.

More than happy getting this done, wish I had done it a few years earlier. Having worn Contacts for 24 years now, wish I had plucked up the courage to have laser eye surgery done years ago and got my sight back without the need of contacts/glasses. Thank you.
