Pub is severely understaffed and staff have to deal with idiot customers that cannot wait their turn. The blonde lady in the pink top is a diamond. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean in the hotel and staff awesome.

Better than anticipated after reading reviews. Welcome and check in excellent young man on reception very helpful even took a suitcase to our room. Evening meal good and hot but there was a lack of organisation, lots of young staff think there is a need for somebody of expirence to take control. One further point is that we met the most miserable bar, man, it felt that he didn't want to be there and when I asked for a lemon for a g&t it looked like he'd been sucking one(lemon)

My main problem with this hotel is the wifi. Offering a free wifi which is unusable, or ultimate wifi behind a paywall is shocking! What other hotels do this? The free wifi constantly kicks you off and won't stream a YouTube video or allow a facetime call. I guess the premium option allows you to carry out basic things like that but it's free in other hotels. The room was dated and needed some TLC from a decorator or maintenance person. And the air con system constantly makes a noise, even when it's switched off! The cleaners had done a decent job however. The staff in the hotel were nice on check in and pleasant in the mornings when I went through reception.
