Tiggy hair is an absolute time waster! Has had my money since March has come up with the most extreme excuses every week of why she cant do the hair. Ive spent a lot on childcare as I live 45 mins away from salon. I dont believe all of her excuses as the last one she sent I reverse image searched her shingles and it came up on google on a medical page. She is highly unprofessional, talks badly of clients, in April she didnt even tell me she couldnt do my hair and I had travelled 45 mins to get into the salon with no message from her! Waste of childcare, fuel and parking. Her work isnt the best at all, there is a reason why she is charging 65/75 for these extensions! Be wary and be warned. Her add says no time wasters when she in fact is the biggest time waster of them all. Service: Hair extensions

Chelsea is brilliant! So lovely, easy to talk to and really funny. Im so pleased with my hair, Ive needed this self care pick me up for some time - I cant stop smiling when I look at my hair. She was also amazing with my eldest daughter a few weeks back, who is normally really nervous to get her hair cut done. Now she cant wait for her next appointment with Chelsea

Love heaven hair, I have been three times now and always thrilled with my hairdo. I feel that they really do listen to you to understand the style you would like. Good atmosphere in the salon, nice medieval surroundings to spend a couple of hours in as well.

Let me start by noting, had this matter been dealt with in a polite and professional manner, I wouldnt feel the need to post this review. Having always had positive experiences at Heaven Hair in the past, I have been left disappointed and upset and I feel it is only fair to share my experience to save anyone else finding themselves in a similar situation. I had, for a long time, fancied getting a perm and decided I would treat myself in the New Year for my birthday. I rarely get my hair done as Im a mum of two with little time or money so I was very excited for my new look. I felt assured in both messages from the salon and a subsequent consultation that they could achieve the results I wanted, and that my hair would remain in good condition. Furthermore, I was told that a perm would be an easy hairstyle to maintain with very little effort needed on my part to keep it looking good (something I have learnt the hard way is not the case!) I was pleased with the outcome at first, and left the salon feeling very satisfied. Unfortunately, I soon realised that the condition of my hair was very poor and I began experiencing significant hair loss (it would fall out in large clumps as I was washing it). I first put this down to post-partum hair loss as I had given birth to my second baby 6 months prior, but as my hair began to snap away and felt dry and spongy, I realised this wasnt the cause. Despite me washing with expensive sulfate free shampoos, only ever leaving my hair to dry naturally, using hair masks regularly and sleeping with a silk cap, the hair was still in very poor condition. I visited a different salon for a trim and restorative treatment not knowing the full extent of the damage at this point. The owner there was shocked at the state of my hair and said she had never seen a perm quite like it in her many years of being in the industry. She confirmed that the damage was due to chemical damage from the perm where the rods were placed along the crown section. She told me it was very unlikely the hair loss was postpartum as she would expect to see this around the temples and hairline where the strands are weaker. Furthermore, the shorter sections were split at the ends which, she informed me, would be consistent with chemical damage. She did a truly wonderful job at salvaging my hair as best she could but, sadly, there was nothing she could do for the broken hair and her concern was there were so many strands of brittle, weak hair, that further breakage would likely occur (and now has). She recommended I contact the salon where I had the perm done so they could help me. Subsequently, I reached out to Heaven Hair by email remaining polite but explaining I wasnt satisfied. The response I received was short, unfriendly and unhelpful even though they had been so lovely when I went for my appointment. I was told they would be in touch the following week and I then had to chase up almost 2 weeks later as I still had no response. My name was spelt incorrectly in almost every email from them and I was left feeling very deflated and like an inconvenience despite having only asked for some help with the damage (to be honest I would have been quite happy with just some treatments to take home). I spent 120 on the perm and this is a lot of money for me. It was meant to boost my confidence which has now taken a massive hit. I have been left with damage and incurred a lot of extra cost for all the products and treatments I have needed to keep my hair from falling out more. I havent even received an apology from the salon which I find really disappointing. Sadly, I would no longer recommend Heaven Hair and I will not be returning as a customer.
