I wish I could leave zero stars but I understand the food is ok. I placed an order and then because I was talking to my friend I was charged for an order four times the value of what I wanted. As the food is pre-pared I asked for a simple correction. The server continued to point at the cctv and said that I ordered something I hadnt. I asked for a refund or my correct order and the server asked me leave. My first and definitely last visit.

I came here for my 18th birthday meal with a couple of my work colleagues and as soon as I walked through the door I knew I made a great choice to get food from for many reasons. 1) the food was absolutely amazing. 2) the staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly they even took my photos for me I am so grateful. 3) not only were the staff lovely and friendly their customer service was absolutely on point not a single complaint from me. And finally the entire atmosphere of the entire shop from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was brilliant they made me laugh wished me a happy birthday and were just absolutly brilliant much appreciated to all the staff working as you made me feel so welcome in to your shop will definitely be back again soon and for all the people who haven't been to Chick-O-Land I would 1000% recommend you go as you won't regret it
