Ordered a flower arrangement for a public ceremonial occasion. Discussed the type and colour of the flowers as well as the size and the budget, with the picture image of example arrangement. The total price including the delivery cost was cheaper than the offered price of other florists I looked at. The flower arrangement created by Shirley Snells Florist was perfect, just what I imagined and requested, and received many positive compliments. It was beautiful, graceful, and suitable for the occasion. It was delivered with care and well on time too, very good service. Really satisfied. Thank you very much.

The best customer service in getting beautiful flowers to the Red Lion for a birthday celebration despite a mix up over dates. Cannot speak highly enough of this florist.

Very disappointed. My friends used to order flowers here for me. But I never thought on this special occasion, they will disappoint us. I work 6 nights a week. I have been waiting for this flower to come today. They didn't phone me to atleast notify that they arrived in my place since I live in the attic. They said that nobody told them to phone me when they arrived. Well! We never told you as well to leave it to the neighbour when no one answer the door. I have tried to get the flowers from where they left it and no one is there. I will be travelling and wont be home for 3days because of work. We just wasted our money. And I am very disappointed since I was the one who introduced this shop to my friends. But this will be our last to buy to this shop.
