While the customer service's assistance is appreciated, the quoted cost for replacing a window in a high-rise building is significantly higher than other shops. My building is designed with a Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) on roof. An additional 3,000 is added for their staff's operation of BMU (they don't bring the machine; just need insured and trained staff in the cradle from roof! that easy thing for 3,000!!).

I have used this firm twice. Once on a bi fold in my house. Lovely job. 9 years after installation a double glazed panel expolded. They came out within 10 days and replaced. Very unusual for a company to honour a ten year guarantee. Second time on a new build whole house installation. To finish the job before my deadline they sent three teams out on Dec 23 and 24th to complete the job. Increadibly professional company.
