Worse customer service in store and online I shall never buy from an Argos ever again , got a stair gate and parts (screws) were missing went to ask refund they wouldnt , its not my fault parts was missing if someone cant pack the box properly before sale!!!!!! but apparently they wont refund me they was so unhelpful and the faces they pulled disgusting , wouldnt help what so ever . Lesson learnt never ever buy anything from Argos !!! Needless to say the order I made to pick up costing three times what the gate did I cancelled and got money back , will not spend another Penny with them !

I know Argos isn't the career choice for anyone with half an education but my god the staff here are hard work. I genuinely can't work out if it's laziness, stupidity or a combination of both but every time I go to collect something there it's like you've just asked the counter staff to run a marathon or do brain surgery.

Order and pay online. Simply turn up, provide reference numbers of order, collect and leave. Easy!

Argos is not what it used to be. Most stuff they don't even have in stock anymore. This is before the pandemic! Disappointing at they used to be good.
