Just completed the beginners bread making course . Nathan was able to communicate well and taught us well, even providing some good humour along the way. His relaxed manner and extensive knowledge meant we learnt a lot and our bread products were brilliant. Thank you a good day , the whole team working to help us at the school made it a worthwhile course .

Great course, Sarah the Chef took us through all the courses at a good pace. Made some lovely Mexican food washed down with a nice Mojito at the end

The lovely Joel spent an evening teaching us how to make sushi... Then letting us take some home....after eating all of his sushi he'd prepared earlier. Really great course. Highly recommend.
