Rude and judgemental. If you are going to deal in drugs such as alcohol, you need to accept you have responsibility for its effects and that victims of those soul and health destroying effects are less to blame than those who produce and market alcohol. Alcoholics did not discover, produce and market it and then sell it in every Street in every town city and village. Those marketers and producers also exploit shopkeepers such as yourselves, I know, but surely that should lead to more understanding and empathy towards customers also exploited than what has recently been demonstrated in this premises. Also, please be careful about spreading libellous lies about customers online or in person. Bullying online is about to become very very illegal.
