very modern court building, well ventilated unlike many others I work at.Parking nearby is however not so good. Please contact me if you need McKenzie Friend Support to present your own case at the Salisbury Family Court.

Went for tribunal hearing, friendly security, friendly clerk, friendly panel, much relieved how professional it all was run, court is very clean and well laid out, have been to a few courts for various reasons over the years and this was best by far, sadly parking sucks directly unless disabled but not hard to find somewhere with a little walk to court.

spent 7 minutes here today before the judge (he didnt give his name) dismissed the case without showing any interest in listening to anything and evidently couldnt even be bothered to read the paperwork given that he had to borrow mine, despite the fact i emailed it months ago.........yes, thats right, months ago........almost forgot to mention the case was adjourned time and time again due to the courts incompetency but after attending the hearing i now see that this court is rotten to its core from the judges to the clerks and all in between. a true reflection of our joke of a justice system. it became apparent to me very early on that the judge just was no interested but when i started a sentence by saying "i think" and he interrupted me to tell me not to bother finishing, well, this process costs money and the system demands respect, it demands that i respect the process and the judges but they offer absolutely zero respect in return and frankly i am offended by the way this case was handled, or lack thereof

No respect for the human rights act or peoples rights at all. They remove the presumption of innocent, a lawful right not a privilege. Locking people in Glass Docks prevents defendants from being able to hear the proceedings properly. It prevents innocent people from having access to their Lawyers during trials and from being able to speak out in their own defence. These Docks are one of the reasons many people who are innocent get found Guilty in our Courts and end up in jails wrongfully convicted! Salisbury Law Courts are causing many people to suffer unfair hearings, a trait that comes with ignoring peoples rights and dictating what will happen to people. These are draconian Courts with staffs still living in the 19th Century and using 19th Century methods to dictate and assume guilt in support of the Courts Partners. Those partners being Wiltshire Police and the CPS.
