Salisbury Cathedral Close B&B

We stayed at the property for two nights, and would have left after the first night if we were able to find accommodation with car parking close by. The hostess was amicable and helpful, however the cleanliness was terrible. The property requires a deep clean and a declutter. We declined the offer of breakfast (cornflakes or toast) and organised our own. We cleaned round the bathroom as it did not reach what we consider a basic standard. I do not think the proprietor is aware of the poor standards she is offering. However, at 90/night, l do not believe she will have many guests unless standards improve considerably.
