        I was running a Self Defence Course for local Air Cadets and needed a room that was fairly close to the squadron and was cheap - Rokeby came up. Easy to book and only 50 per night B&B. When I got there I had a really lovely room with excellent amenities; comfy bed, good shower, a telly with a decent picture and it was only a 10 minute trundle to the town centre and the eateries. The owners & staff go out of their way to help and the breakfasts are brilliant - I can recommend the pancakes ( I had mine with bacon ) and the poached eggs are the best I've had in years! Will I go back? Oh yeah!!
