        Currently a 4 day wait for refills. Not 4 hours, 4 DAYS. It's not like I'm asking them to invent a new drug, just refill the one I've been taking for years. Stay away. Wells pharmacy down the street had it refilled in minutes.

        Popped into Boots pharmacy, at 10.45 on a Sunday, to pick a couple of things up. Very busy. No staff serving on the normal checkout, just the pharmacy staff. This did hold things up a bit for those who just wanted non-prescription meds that are kept behind the counter. Apart from that staff were polite and friendly, and were managing to work their way through the long queue of people at a fairly decent speed.

        Queuing at the pharmacy was extra long, although once reached the till the whole process was done smoothly thanks to staff.
