        I genuinely believe Halifax has improved substantially since many of the one star reviews were posted. The staff are attentive, caring and solved many problems regarding my power of attorney difficulties in an efficient and professional manner. They have a lady patrolling the banking hall asking if she can assist you which is a very nice touch. Well done to Manager and staff there. Tony

        Halifax isa savings team is completely useless, non responsive, the telephone isa number is has excuses, and continue passing the line to different staff, not at all helpful, only one person Amanda solved my issue after 10 days of phonecall everyday, Halifax has a very low review, Santander was going to help me but I tried once more, horrible service by Halifax.
