DO NOT USE - first experience took my E- Tron GT as 12v battery died and up dates required, Heritage damaged a wheel trim so needed to go back in, collected to also carry out service and investigate bad condensation, should have returned car on the Friday on the Saturday I phoned and was told car would not be retuned not known when ! No offer of a replacement car - its a bank holiday weekend and I have no transport I need to travel for various reasons, one being a 60th Birthday party 30 miles away. Total lack of customer care, no interest in the customer I paid 99,000.00 for this car I an disgusted this can actually be happening.

I purchased an Audi A4 Black Edition at a cost of 25000 from this dealership. The sales person and the purchase of the car was great. The handover was smooth and the car on the outside appeared to be prepared well. As is the new world with car buying now, test drives arent possible, this dealership is over 200 miles from my house. I was therefore reliant on the Audi approved standards being upheld and the car being immaculate in every way. Its been 6 months since owning the car and I have a number of issues with the car. The dealer provides no after sales support at all, they dont respond to emails and dont even bother calling back as promised. Below is the issues that have been found with the car: 1. There was an awful creak from the drivers door, which was linked to an Audi tpi. Salisbury Audi didnt bother to put it right prior to sale, so I had to take it my local centre who needed the car for 2 days which was a massive inconvenience. 2. Blown bang and olufsen dashboard speaker, which was apparent the day I drove it home. This is again was linked to another Audi tpi, I had to have this fixed at my local Audi centre, they needed the car for a full day which again caused a massive inconvenience. 3. There is an issue with the air con, the DTC for it has been stored in the ecu since January 2022, which is months before I purchased the car. The fix again is linked to another Audi tpi, the parts are on back order so I have to wait a month or so before it can be fixed. The hours spent taking it for diagnosis and then again for it to be fixed are again a massive headache. 4. The inspection service 3 days ago identified a severely worn o/s/r spring mount. This would have already been worn at the time of sale, it would not perish in the few months Ive owned it. Im currently wasting time with Audi UK to try and get the approved warranty to cover it. 5. A number of strange issues that have developed with the s tronic gearbox, most of which were apparent within a few weeks of owning the car. The most worrying one is a violent jerk and clunk when the box downshifts from 3 to 2. The car also feels like it might stall on an incline. I know my Audi cars well having owned them for 20 plus years and this issue to me is mechatronic or clutch pack related. Since Audi warranty claims need to exhaust every option before doing any major work I have to mess about taking it in for stuff like software updates which I know wont resolve the issue. The bottom line is Salisbury Audi do not prepare their cars to the meticulous standard they claim, or that the pre approved Audi scheme requires. If you are looking to buy a pre approved Audi from here I strongly recommend you do your own diligent checks on the car and not take for granted that just because its pre approved it will be immaculate. Ive learnt my lesson and wont ever use this sham of a dealer again. I spent 25000 of my hard earned money only to be let down by this dealer.
