I rang the Salisbury office to make an appointment got put through to another office in Salisbury to be answered by a lady in Fordingbridge to say that I needed the Salisbury office. I explained that I rang the Salisbury office and she said sometimes people get diverted when there is no one in the office so she will take a message and pass it on to the gentleman that deals with land valuations asking him to ring me. I have not had a reply at all so very disappointed.
