Having never had acupuncture before I wasnt sure what to expect, but I am so glad I gave it a go! Jo is extremely knowledgeable and kind and understands how to tailor her approach and treatment plans to meet the needs of her clients. I have experienced great symptomatic relief and would strongly recommend her services.

I have found Jo to be warm, kind and reassuring. Giving me helpful advice along the way. My sinues are feeling a lot better and also l have been quite anxoius of late and Jo has helped calm it down. I will continue seeing Jo tas l feel she is making a difference to my well being. Thank you Jo.

Jo is so lovely, a fabulous acupuncturist and has really helped me with my period over the past 2 months. Its so nice to plain sail tutoring my period without any cramps, pain, tiredness or mood swings!!!

I am so grateful and relieved to have found a solution for my Essential tremors. The recommended medication was not working and having side effects. Jo Phillips Acupuncture treatment gave me my life back. My tremors are manageable and my life is such a sigh of relief. I am noticing that my shaking is below 4 in a scale of 10 (ten being the worst) I noticed the changes within 6 weeks of treatment. AMAZING. Grateful and Highly recommend it to anyone!
