The Curve Coach

I got tired of looking the way I looked and feeling the way I felt (health-wise). I eventually decided to look up female personal trainers in my area, and I came across The Curve Coach and Dom! Before I get into how amazing Dom is, I just thought to add that I searched for female personal trainers because I wanted someone who could sympathise with what I was going through health-wise. I also tried working out previously but I didnt really know what I was doing. Finally, I needed accountability. Im beyond glad I contacted Dom who introduced me to Sarah. Dom responded promptly. Both Dom and Sarah have been super supportive and understanding. Theyve surpassed my expectations of what I expected out of this journey. They check up on me and follow up with me even when I take ages to respond. They're patient and encouraging. I wasn't someone who liked going to the gym, nor was I confident. I can't imagine eliminating the gym from my lifestyle now thanks to Dom and Sarah. My performance at the gym is getting better, and I can even feel that I'm getting stronger too. Apart from the gym, Dom has also helped me navigate my diet. Finally, Dom and Sarah are also really cool and friendly people. We usually invest in other things before we think of investing in our health. I'm so glad I decided to invest in my health with The Curve Coach. I can see and feel the changes physically and mentally.

Training with Dom has turned what was a quite unhealthy relationship with exercise into fun. If you had asked me a year ago if I voluntarily would walk into a gym on my own and not panic or stress I wouldnt have believed you. She has been insanely patient with me and also mindful that I will never be a gym bunny as I enjoy a nice meal and a glass of wine too much! Dom has given me a confidence and enthusiasm that honestly I didnt ever see myself having. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing to have more female coaches who understand your needs. Super supportive throughout the journey by providing specific meal plans, fitness plans and weekly check ins along side always being a text away. Has made me feel so much more confident within my self and at the gym, couldnt recommend more

5 stars are not enough! I been training with Dominika around 8 months. I was new to everything. She explained me counting calories,she showed me how to use machines in gym and pushed me to go heavier week by week and feel strong.All these 8 months,she was supporting me as a friend, guiding me to become better version of myself. We been every day in contact, face to face in gym or on-line messaging on WhatsApp about if I been to gym for cardio,or sending pictures of food. In total I lost 24 Kg in 8 months and I am still going to gym on my own and having great time! I become more confident in my own body and enjoy life more. I used to buy clothes size L or XL,now I can buy easily XS and I will fit! If you want to transform your life,feel like never before,give a message to CURVE COACH!she is the best female personal trainer!

Dominika is very good at motivating you when doing workouts and offers good advice when it comes to nutrition.
